ALERT: Speaker Ryan Drops BOMBSHELL About How Obama Is Ordering Troops to Break the Law

On Wednesday, while making a speech at a congressional news briefing, Paul Ryan savagely hit Barack Obama’s proposal to pressure the Army to shut down the detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and deport prisoners to America.

“Our law is really clear — and by the way, Democrats wrote this law when they were in the majority, when they ran Congress — which is, these detainees cannot come to American soil,” Speaker Ryan pointed out in regard to the National Defense Authorization Act, which specifically prohibited Obama from moving Gitmo detainees into America, according to CNS News.

He added, “And what boggles my mind, is that the president is contemplating directing the military to knowingly break the law.”

Speaker Ryan also warned that his team had begun “making legal preparations” in case Obama does indeed tryto violate the law.

“(I)f the president proceeds with knowingly breaking the law and asking the military to break the law, he will be met with fierce bipartisan oppostion here in Congress, and we’re taking all legal preparations necessary to meet with that resistance,” he said.

Judging by White House spokesman Josh Earnest’s rhetoric, which has been that Obama refuses to take executive action “off the table,” Speaker Ryan may very well have to take action against the president sometime soon.

It would be nice if he also did something — anything — to stop Obama from releasing Gitmo inmates back to their home countries, which is another problem that needs to be addressed.

Last month, for instance, Obama released Muhammad Abd Al Rahman Awn Al-Shumrani, a “high risk” Gitmo detainee who had reportedly bragged that he would “kill Americans in Iraq and Afghanistan if released.”

In the end, the Guantanamo Bay detention center prisoners will have to stay at Gitmo, and not to be sent back to their native homes, not to mention in the America.
