President Barack Hussein Obama’s Justice Department announced on Tuesday that it does not intend to seek the death penalty against the Libyan militant suspected of having been the ringleader of the 2012 attack on the Benghazi consulate in Libya that left four Americans dead.
According to Associated Press, Attorney General Justice Lynch herself made the decision, though neither she nor the department offered an explanation as to why she chose to let terrorist Ahmed Abu Khattala off the hook.
Khattala’s attorneys, who had reportedly pleaded with the Justice Department to remove the death penalty as a potential post-trial sentencing option, praised the decision, referring to it as “courageous.”
Actually, ensuring that the Libyan militant would be put to death were he to ultimately be found guilty would have been courageous. What Lynch did instead was not only cowardly, but also a slap in the face to the families of deceased Americans Christopher Stevens, Glen Doherty, Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods.

Khattala, whom prosecutors described as the “ringleader” of the Benghazi attack, was captured in Libya in 2014 and immediately brought to America, where he pleaded not guilty and has since been awaiting trial.

What then would the liberal media outlet call Lynch’s decision to give Khattala exactly what he wanted by ensuring that he would not eventually be put to death? A commitment to treating convicted militants and murderers with kid gloves?
There really are not enough words in the English language to adequately describe the atrociousness of what Obama’s biggest stooge, Loretta Lynch, has chosen to do.
Since stepping into office approximately one year ago, she has continuously made the wrong decision in nearly every case or alleged crisis that has come before her.
If a Republican wins the presidential election this year, we look forward to seeing Lynch replaced with someone who actually understands what the American people expect from an attorney general.
