BREAKING: Trump Gets MASSIVE, Surprise Support in Fight Against Hispanic Judge

Donald Trump been hammered by just about everyone in the political field for his comments regarding the “Mexican” judge (who is a natural born American) overseeing the Trump University lawsuit.

Trump has claimed that a conflict of interest existed because the judge’s parents are Mexican. Many people, even prominent Trump supporters like Newt Gingrich, have called on Trump to take back those statements.

Conservative Tribune sister organization USA Radio reported, however, that Trump has received limited support from some, including former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, who stated that Trump has the right to question U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel’s fairness.

“We really need to focus on the issue here. It’s not about the judge. It’s about the right of every American to make sure that they have the opportunity to have … an impartial judge,” Gonzales stated in an interview with USA Radio.

Trump has argued that he will not get a fair trail because of the perceived bias against him. As a result, Trump thinks he should be allowed have a new person oversee his case who has no biases.

While Trump’s way of expressing that may have been crude and off-the-cuff, he had a valid point. Many defense attorneys will try to file motions to have cases put before different judges or different juries because of perceived biases.

“This is about the rule of law,” Gonzales stated. “Everyone is entitled to get a fair shake in court before a neutral decision maker. If there are questions about that, we have a process in place to find a new judge.”

If Trump wants a new judge, he should be able to get one.

It is interesting to note how many liberals will scream that all white juries are inherently racist, but have a problem when Trump questions if someone with Mexican origins is going to be biased against him.
