It has long been suspected that the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private, unsecured, and unauthorized email server was tainted. FBI Director James Comey’s non-indictment of Clinton laid out irrefutable evidence of crimes having been committed, yet no action was taken. Now, news has come that one of Hillary Clinton’s campaign insiders may have been in regular contact with someone of great influence in the email investigation.
In an email released by WikiLeaks, Clinton’s campaign spokesman, Brian Fallon, was evidenced as having communications with a DoJ employee regarding the ongoing lawsuit targeting Clinton’s emails, according to The Hill. This brings about new questions about the meeting between former President Bill Clinton and US Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
Wikileaks is revealing contents of hacked emails taken from Clinton campaign manager John Podesta, who is on hiatus as chair and counselor of the Center for American Progress – the mothership of the US progressive movement. His emails are proving extremely damaging to Clinton and her campaign.
If the mainstream media gave the same amount of attention to the Wikileaks emails as they are to audio of Trump engaging in indiscretions with language, Clinton’s campaign would be in dire straits. However, with the media in the bag for the Clinton campaign, that has a long shot of happening.
In a May 2015 email, Wikileaks exposed Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon as communicating “DoJ folks” who had “inform[ed]” him about an upcoming status conference regarding one of the many lawsuits addressing Clinton’s private email setup.
The information discussed in Fallon’s email was in the public domain, but the very existence of that avenue of communication poses questions about whether the person – or people – Fallon spoke to at the Justice Department is an official who regularly communicates with the public.
In the aftermath of the Wikileaks release, Donald Trump issued a statement calling the connection “unbelievable.” That designation is putting it mildly.
The email, according to Trump spokesman Jason Miller, “shows a level of collusion which calls into question the entire investigation into her private server. The Department of Justice must release all communications with the Clinton campaign and her allies as soon as possible in order to definitively prove their investigation was completely above board.”
An overwhelming majority of Americans have lost confidence in the Justice Department and the FBI for the decision to not press charges against Clinton and her aides for purposefully mishandling classified information, destroying government property, lying to a federal agent, and obstruction of justice. Each of these acts is a felony punishable by prison time.
In addition, the Trump campaign cites the ire of the electorate over an “impromptu” June meeting between Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former president Bill Clinton on a 100 degree-plus tarmac at the Phoenix International Airport. This meeting took place during the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s now proven crimes.
Now that it has been established that a line of communication exists between the Department of Justice and the Clinton campaign, the entire FBI investigation must be held as suspect. The signs of criminal collusion are well established in the face of overwhelming evidence against Clinton in what should have been, at the very least, a criminal indictment.
With justice being denied to the American people, the only recourse we have is to exact justice at the ballot box. Each and every one of us must go to the polls to cast our vote for Donald Trump and against the criminality of Hillary Clinton. We must be the jury that hands down a life sentence to Hillary Clinton in the private sector, safely away from where she can harm the country and her people.
