Donald Trump: ‘I Will Mandate Death Penalty For Killing Police Officers’

According to recent reports, Donald Trump is causing controversy once again—this time after vowing to issue an executive order that would make the death penalty a punishment for murdering a cop.

“One of the first things I’d do in terms of executive order, if I win, will be to sign a strong, strong statement that would go out to the country, out to the world, anybody killing policemen, police women, police officer, anybody—the death penalty is going to happen,” Trump said in a statement.

“We can’t let this go,” he continued, speaking to a New Hampshire crowd. This comment came after the New England Police Benevolent Association voted to endorse Trump.

“I want to let you know, the police and law enforcement in this country, I will never ever let them down,” he concluded.

What do you think? Is Trump a stronger leader than Obama will ever be?
