Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton may have started her campaign out with the hopes of moving back into the White House, and being able to sit at the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office, as her womanizing husband once did, but the former Secretary of State might find herself in a prison cell instead.
This according to Joe DiGenova, a former federal prosecutor who who told Conservative host Laura Ingraham that the FBI had more than enough evidence to indict Hillary.
Though the investigation is still under way, DiGenova has revealed that the FBI is at over 1,200 classified emails that Clinton may have mishandled. He explained that those Emails were only the ones that were about the State Department, and didn’t include the Emails that the FBI is currently extracting from her hard drives.
Last year, it was revealed that Hillary Clinton was using a personal Email server and address to conduct official State business to, as some believe, hide possible incriminating evidence of misconduct in her official capacity as the Obama appointed Secretary of State.
Though Clinton claimed to have done nothing wrong, DiGenova has said that charges may be filed against her withing 60 days. Despite her attempts to destroy the evidence and making jokes about the accusations, Clinton could be giving up the pant suits in exchange for an orange jumpsuit.
Clinton has not been the only Democrat to try use an excuse as lame as her dog ate her Emails. In 2014, during the investigation into the Obama Administration’s usage of the IRS as a weapon to target Conservative non-profit organizations, Lois Lerner claimed that her computer had crashed and that the suspected incriminating Emails were lost forever.
Five IRS officials concurring with the narrative, agreed that the information could not be retrieved from her computer. The average person might ask, “Wasn’t the NSA spying on every American in an unconstitutional mass-data collection program to combat terrorists, who we cannot mention have anything to do with Islam, even though they call themselves Muslim?” The answer is yes, and Lerner’s emails should be saved on a server, not a computer hard drive.
Surprisingly, Obama’s Justice Department, the same one that found no wrongdoing from the New Black Panthers, when they publicly posted a $10,000 bounty on George Zimmerman’s head, found Lerner and the IRS to have committed no crimes.
Though many are worried that the Obama Justice Department will sweep, yet another scandal under the rug, DiGenova said,
“I believe that the evidence that the FBI is compiling will be so compelling that, unless [Attorney General Loretta Lynch] agrees to the charges, there will be a massive revolt inside the FBI, which she will not be able to survive as an attorney general. It will be like Watergate.”
