Tuesday morning the FBI released their decision to not give any weight to law and order in our country and not pursue any criminal action against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. This is not only bad because Hillary will not have to answer for her crimes but it also marks a potentially irreversible precedent in our country that American law may have lost all credibility.
Amongst those upset by this decision is former Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina, and upset is putting it mildly. She made sure to make her opinion heard by going straight to Facebook after the FBI’s decision was announced.
Fiorina brought up at least seven different points made by FBI Director James Comey indicating Hillary’s guilt in his statement announcing that the FBI will in fact not be indicting Hillary Clinton.
The most glaring part of Comey’s speech was the admission of what the entire American public was already very well aware of, that Hillary’s use of her personal email server to transfer classified American documents put the lives of many Americans at risk.
Director Comey went on to explain how Hillary’s handling of these documents on her own personal server was “extremely careless” and put our country’s vital secrets at risk.
Comey continued by saying that “no reasonable person” would think that it is “appropriate or acceptable” to handle such sensitive information one one’s personal server.
Comey then went on to confirm that the Hillary lied to the American people about the nature of the emails. 110 of these emails were in fact classified during origination, which is contradictory to what Hillary and her administration have been claiming that these emails were only classified after the fact.
Next Comey highlighted the fact that in addition to lying about the emails containing classified information, Hillary deleted a number of work emails before turning her computer over to the FBI. Another example of the truth completely contradicting what the Hillary campaign has been claiming the entire time.
As if this wasn’t all bad enough Comey continued to bring up more incriminating evidence should have led the FBI to make the decision to indict her. Comey confirmed the very likely chance that Hillary’s private server may have been hacked by a number of foreign intelligence agencies. This would mean that due to Hillary’s “carelessness” any number of foreign countries may have access to top secret state documents with intent to use them against us.
The most unbearable part of Comey’s speech came when he let us in on just how corrupt our nations justice system is becoming. Comey admitted that in other circumstances if the perpetrator had been somebody else then they would likely have been punished to the very extent of the law.
Then why on earth is Hillary getting off without a scratch?
“It’s not just a miscarriage of justice, but a blow to the very heart of our democracy,” Said Fiorina in her post. “This is a shameful day for the rule of law and the security of our nation, no matter what your political beliefs may be.”
“The Obama Administration might be circling the wagons, and doing all they can to prop up their corrupt, incompetent, untrustworthy Democratic nominee—but the American people know better,” she continued. “And if our government won’t make her face consequences, voters will.”
Fiorina couldn’t be more right in her argument that this was a disgusting miscarriage of justice. It’s not only sickening to think that Hillary can get away with something so abysmal, it’s frightening to think of the direction that our country is headed. If nobody stops this decent down the slippery slope, how much are our politicians going to be able to get away with in the future.
Let’s share this on Facebook and show every point that Fiorina made exposing the Hillary’s true guilt.
