Hillary’s Happy Ramadan Message To Muslims Just BLEW UP In Her Face Because Of 1 Word She Used

Hillary Clinton was the first dignitary to ever host a Ramadan celebration in the White House. As MuslimVoices.org reported, it was Clinton who first made it her business to celebrate the Muslim holiday. “President Obama is not the first to welcome Muslims into the White House for Ramadan celebrations,” Megan Meyer wrote. “In fact, it has been an annual tradition since 1996, when then-First Lady Hillary Clinton hosted a dinner during Eid al-Fitr, the three-day festival marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.”

President George W. Bush continued the tradition after radical Muslim terrorists used jets to strike the Twin Towers and the Pentagon on 9/11.

But it’s what Clinton tweeted today in her Ramadan announcement on Twitter that has many scratching their heads.

Clinton tweeted, “As we begin Ramadan, I wish all Muslims a blessed time of reflection, family, and good health. Ramadan Mubarak. –H.” Many readers, at first glance, might not have even caught the first-person plural pronoun she used. The former secretary of state and current Democratic presidential candidate used the pronoun “we.”

Twitter followers instantly took notice.

One quickly responded with a photo of the Clintons with the late Palestinian Liberation Organization leader Yasir Arafat, with Hillary and daughter Chelsea wearing Muslim head coverings.

Another Twitter user questioned whether Clinton had converted to Islam or was just pandering to Muslim voters.

Many tweets indicated disdain for the way women are treated in many Islamic countries.

From the twitter replies to the Democratic front-runner’s post about Ramadan, it appears many Americans are not prepared to celebrate a religion that, in some Muslim countries, denies women a proper education, the right to vote and the right to drive a car, and requires them to wear a head covering in public, and also is tied to most of the terrorism around the globe.
