Judge Napolitano BLISTERS The DOJ Transcripts, Exposes Loretta Lynch’s End Goal…

In order to fix a problem, isn’t the first step to actually admit that there is one? The U.S. Department of Justice, Attorney General Loretta Lynch and the Obama administration don’t seem to understand this concept.

The U.S. Department of Justice decided to redact portions of the transcript of the 911 call made by Orlando terrorist Omar Mateen prior to releasing them to the public. In a collective expression of common sense, there was strong backlash from the public toward this decision.

On Monday afternoon, the DOJ released the full transcripts with a statement calling the backlash over its own whitewashing an “unnecessary distraction.”

On Fox Business Network’s “Varney & Co.” Judge Andrew Napolitano called out the DOJ, calling the whitewashing an attempt to “rewrite history.” He also added that it was clear that Attorney General Loretta Lynch had approved of how the transcripts were released.

“They were trying to sanitize this, so as to give us, the American people, a different impression from what actually happened,” Napolitano explained.

Napolitano claimed that this was a “tragic effort” by the DOJ, Lynch and the Obama administration to alter the narrative presented to the public.

He also explained that the timeline of events was distorted in the initial summary released by the DOJ, putting it in conflict with witness accounts and previous reports.

The DOJ removed terms such as “ISIS” as well as the terrorist’s pledge of allegiance to the Islamic State group and Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. It even translated the word “Allah,” the Arabic word for god, into English — a clear attempt to distance the attack from radical Islam.

It is clear that the DOJ and the Obama administration was refusing to admit that the country is at war with Islamists and that the Orlando terrorist had clearly declared his affiliation with radical Islam.

Getting to the full truth is not an unnecessary distraction. Refusing to acknowledge the problem and lying to the public are the real “unnecessary distractions.”
