Talk show host Rush Limbaugh on Thursday suggested that Monday’s meeting between former President Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch, which took place at the Phoenix airport, was an attempt to bury any indictment of Clinton in her email scandal.
Limbaugh utterly discounted the official explanation that the 30-minute private meeting, held on a plane on the runway at the airport, was simply the result of chance and consisted of nothing more than conversation about grandchildren.
“Loretta Lynch says all they talked about was their grandchildren? Well, how would that manifest itself? Well, here’s an idea,” Limbaugh said, before assuming the roles of a reporter asking Lynch about the meeting and Lynch giving a response.
