After his scandalous Republican National Convention address, Clint Eastwood is at last responding to claims regarding that speech. The answers, as expected, are given by the Carmel Pine Cone, a newspaper in the town Eastwood happened to be once mayor of.

“President Obama is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people,” Eastwood reportedly said.
He did not elaborate.
Eastwood also claims that he did not tell anyone in the Romney campaign what he intended to say at the convention, because he did not know what he was going to say. He reportedly did not think of the “empty chair” comments until a few minutes before he went on stage.
Clint Eastwood says that he only wanted to point out three important things: (1) Hollywood doesn’t consist of liberals only, (2) President Obama keeps on breaking his given word about different matters to the American people and (3) the people are entitled to changing a political leader who has failed to fulfill the promised
