Conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh predicted that current GOP front-runner Donald Trump could easily “overcome” his negative favorability ratings by simply exposing presumed Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton during the upcoming general election.
“If he exposes this email stuff and Benghazi and her general incompetence and Hillarycare and how she covered the bimbo eruption, all of that stuff, if he goes after that … That alone is gonna wipe out some negatives,” he said on Thursday’s edition of “The Rush Limbaugh Show.”
He added that many Americans resent having “had to suppress” how they really felt about all that Clinton and her husband have gotten away with over the past few decades. Thus, the opportunity to finally let the cat out of the bag would please them, much to Trump’s benefit.
“You do not know how many gazillion Americans are going to be delirious and orgasmic with delight and support,” Limbaugh explained.
The talk radio host based his prediction on the theory that most Americans secretly despise Clinton, and it certainly fit the bill.
A Quinnipiac poll conducted last summer revealed that the words Americans most commonly associate with her include “liar,” “dishonest,” “untrustworthy,” “crook” and “criminal,” to name a few.
Americans do not like this woman, and for many good reasons, one of them being that she carried out a campaign of intimidation against the women who accused her husband of sexually assaulting them. Moreover, she and her husband lie more than a dog on a rug.
“They get away with giving $225,000 for a speech, various bankers and so forth,” Limbaugh continued. “Stealing stuff out of the White House, claiming to be broke, and now just rolling in money and so forth, and all the other unlikable things about her.”
There are hundreds of reasons to dislike Clinton and hundreds more reasons to dislike her husband. Likewise, there are just as many reasons for Trump to use this disdain to his advantage come the general election.
