Staunch conservative political commentator and African-American actress Stacey Dash took to Twitter Friday to drop a bombshell announcement about the 2016 presidential election.
“#DashAmerica endorses @realdonaldtrump for President of the United States of America,” she wrote alongside a picture of her standing with presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump.
Moreover, according to Politico, Dash has become a top-level supporter of the Great America PAC, which sought to ensure Trump becomes the next president.
“For the sake of our children and grandchildren, Hillary Clinton must not be allowed to take our nation in a dangerous direction,” the PAC’s co-chair, Stanley Hubbard, said in a statement earlier this week.

Dash’s support for Trump’s presidential run should come as no major surprise, given her habit of frequently coming to his defense.
After liberals began accusing the presumptive GOP nominee of inciting violence via his tough rhetoric, Dash penned a column arguing that Trump is “not violent; he’s just street.”
“That’s why Americans LOVE him,” she wrote. “They are tired of being pushed around. They want someone who will not put up with non-sense.”
Exactly. Standing up to bullies and slanderers does not make you violent. It makes you tough.

Likewise, being able to stand up to bullies and slanderers on behalf of others — like, say, the American people — makes you a born leader.
And Trump just happens to have a solid track record this election season of standing up for everyday Americans, be it blue-collar workers or the family members of innocent men, women and children killed by illegal immigrants.
Donald Trump is in effect a streetwise and thoroughbred American, and that’s why Dash supports him, as do an increasing number of other Americans across all 50 states.
