Liberal vegans have become notorious for shunning those of us who consume meat as “inhumane” or “lacking compassion” for animals, when, in reality, we just like steak. And bacon.
A new video going viral on social media, titled “If Meat Eaters Acted Like Vegans,” epically poked fun at vegans who constantly try to force their lifestyle onto meat-eaters, and it showed what life would be like if the roles were reversed.
The video featured its creator, JP Sears, a carnivore, as he “redundantly repeated his emotionally charged nutritional opinions” about eating meat.
“Broccoli? That’s what my food eats,” Sears said in the video that has been viewed over 2.8 million times, as of Saturday afternoon. “That’s my food’s food and I don’t appreciate you eating that.”
The vegan diet is one of the more extreme forms of vegetarianism, as it requires not eating or even using any animal products. The vegans stereotyped in this video are the ones who shun carnivores and even other vegetarians who may not take the lifestyle to such extremes.
The video was part of a YouTube series entitled “Ultra Spiritual Life,” which has attempted to expose the inconsistency of behaving spiritually in an attempt to get attention for being spiritual.
“Orcas are even more spiritually evolved than humans,” Sears mockingly shared in the video. “(T)hey only eat seal meat, so that means humans should only eat meat, because it’s the most spiritually evolved diet.”
Viewers of the viral video on social media have had mixed reactions about the satirical production.
Some found the video funny, and many of them were vegans themselves.
“I’m a vegan, and I found this hilarious,” one viewer commented.
But, of course, there were a few bleeding heart liberals who were upset that someone dared to disagree with an alternative lifestyle.
One comment called the video “overly dramatic.”
“All of the other vegans I have ever met were very considerate, compassionate, and down to earth,” the commenter said.
Another commenter summarized what was likely the entire purpose of the video by saying that everyone should be free to eat what they wish without forcing their views on others, noting that the “vocal portion” of this camp and other groups in general make “the entire group look terrible.”
