WATCH: Obama Tries Trash-Talking Trump, Ends Up Hilariously Tongue-Tied

Over the course of his presidency, President Barack Obama has often been referred to as the teleprompter president because he rarely speaks without one.

At a campaign rally in Indiana yesterday, Obama earned the nickname again, fumbling over his words while trying to criticize GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump in a moment that can only be described as hilarious.

It’s unclear whether Obama’s teleprompter failed, or if he tried to wing it without one — either way, it ended up looking very bad for the president. He could barely get a single thought out of his mouth without stumbling over his words like Porky Pig.

It’s a shame because the president of the United States should be able to stand in front of a small crowd and speak what’s on his mind without reading from a teleprompter — unless there’s nothing much on his mind, perhaps.

However, that’s never been Obama’s style, and when he tried to beat Trump at his own game, it backfired big time.

Talk about embarrassing — and funny.

Watch Obama become a stuttering mess below:

He finally did manage to speak an entire sentence without stuttering, but it was typical liberal nonsense that most leftists can recite in their sleep.

Trump, on the other hand, has proven he can speak off-the-cuff most of the time, and he doesn’t have any trouble calling out Obama (or anyone else) for relying on a teleprompter.

Watch him show Obama how it’s done:

That’s just one of the reasons why Trump’s supporters love him — he tells it like it is. Unlike Obama, who apparently can’t tell it like it is.

This is just another reason why January 20 cannot come soon enough.

We need a president comfortable enough in his own skin that he can sometimes speak before a crowd without losing it.
